Set Sail!

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you
didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail
away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore.
Dream. Discover.

The Kiss Is So Telling

Happy Valentine's Day!

Love is the spirit behind Valentine’s Day—plenty of good vibes, love and the heady scent of roses floating in the air. February 14 is a day that catches popular imagination and enthuses young and old alike onto a loving exchange of greetings, gifts, hugs and kisses. Speaking of kisses, the Washington Post newspaper has a very interesting article on the history and nature of kissing. To read the article, click the following link:

Living Your Strengths

Pathways to Happiness ~ Learning, not Luck
A 10 week tele-class, beginning Feb 24.

Presented by: Nancy Montagna, Ph.D., NBCCH

We each come into this world with gifts, gifts which the world needs. Talents, yes, and we develop skills, but more to the point, it is our character strengths, our moral gifts, that lead us to Passion and Purpose. To feel a strong sense of engagement and satisfaction in life, we need to be giving our special gifts!

Do you know what your top character strengths are? Do you feel the satisfaction of being on-purpose?

The Pathways course, Living Your Strengths, will help you identify your moral gifts. You will practice applying them to areas of difficulty. It turns out that we get far more from exercising our top strengths than from working on our weaknesses.

In this course you will come to know your purpose; you will articulate in a clear statement the purpose that informs every day of your life. The course consists of 10 weekly phone conferences beginning Feb 24. Research-validated skills and practices for staying happy - even in the face of stress.

Classes are supportive, fun, inexpensive, and easy to schedule - no commute!
